1) They had no right to "replace" him, they would need >3/4 of votes in the parliament to do so. Session was performed after Yanukovich "removal" and voting result wasn't enough, less than 3/4.
2) According to constitution, acting president has no access to army command. Turchinov has no right to do anything using armed forces. He can't give any orders to armed forces and he can't sign any law related to them.

Common sense and logic does not apply to NATO and the US. That is why the whole world despises them. What was the need to use force against the protesters at Mariupol. From what I have heard, it was the Right Sector terrorists who shot at the civilians, while the regular soldiers refrained from using force. That is the NATO strategy, to use the terror of Blackwater and Right Sector against the civilians.

What if rumored Bitcoin Illuminati, such as Ben Bernanke, pierce the whole ruling elite of US and are combining their governmental and secretive powers to architect a conflict that would spark an all-out war (not necessarily nuclear) and in the end the Bitcoin would emerge supreme upon the ashes of agonizing Old World fiat currencies?

Haha. Yes, it's really all about bitcoin. The Ukraine situation has been engineered by rich bitcoiners to enhance the position of bitcoin.  Tongue

A list of their crimes could be pretty long.

Replace "Ukraine" with "illegitimate junta", and that would be a correct statement. They've made enough crimes against own country and people, it would be enough to spend the rest of life in a jail. Junta has to surrender and go to the trial for breaking the constitutional order, using an army against own citizens, offering a reward for killing the people and many other crimes.

Hmm.. appointing Turchynov without any elections was a severe mistake in the first place. After replacing Yanukovych, they should have conducted elections immediately. Rather than doing so, they appointed neo-Nazis in the new government and alienated the Eastern Ukrainians by banning the Russian language. And now it seems that the next elections will be rigged to the core, to make sure that Tymoshenko becomes the President.

I think we have enough threads on Ukraine as it is (4 at the moment, with this being the 5th). Ithink this post will do nicely here:

What is the source for Russia entering Ukrainian space? Is it worse that CIA entering Ukraine incognito?

Define "worse".

The situation in Sudetenland cannot be compared to that in Eastern Ukraine. In Sudetenland, German was a recognized language, and it was taught in the schools (not only to the ethnic Germans, but also to the ethnic Czech). Ethnic Germans enjoyed a lot of power, and there was no discrimination against them. On the other-hand, the Russian language is under an unofficial ban in Eastern Ukraine. The Russian language televisions are banned, and even the distribution of Russian language newspapers are disrupted.

What about comparison to Caribbean crisis? It's got to be even more frightening.

With recent news of Russian military aircraft entering Ukrainian airspace, the crisis gets as tense as ever. It is very much unlike the Caribbean crisis although in reverse: one superpower sponsors and provokes an ideologically favorable revolution in a minor state very close to its biggest rival. After that it tries to openly project its power and influence on the minor’s territory. The other superpower is obviously not content with such circumstances and is faced with a choice: to answer a provocation in an aggressive way or tremble before the perspective of escalation and lose its influence. For now, Russia decided to respond offensively.

World War III would put an enormous strain on every country’s economy, simultaneously lowering the whole world’s productive capabilities and competitive ability, thus weakening every fiat currency’s position. All the while Bitcoin, which would be used universally to allow for unhindered transfer of funds between governments and guerilla troops to fund their partisan activities, between governments and governments for sealing secret treaties behind declared allies’ backs, etc., will grow stronger and stronger, until it replaces USD as the dominant currency of the world, with Secret mason society still at helm.
