I doubt If we can fetch any news regarding this matter.
Those who provide them the necessary resources to survive is probably those who also accept Bitcoin, especially now that It might be hard for them to convert into fiat currency because of the devastation the Russian brings to their city. Or maybe someone from the outside/NGO's will be providing them with a payment in a form of fiat and then these people will be the one to handle the crypto from the charity.

That isn't what should make it legit - people can make mistakes. You should look at the evidence for yourself. I'm surprised OP didn't link Ukraine's tweet, but if you find the tweet and take a look at the replies, you'll see tweets from notable people in the crypto community such as Vitalik Buterin or Justin Sun vouch for it. While we have no idea how funds will be used, and if they will be used for purposes people are expecting, it would be reasonable to assume that the funds are going to Ukraine.

I already started to see some scammers popping everywhere, especially on social media, that are taking advantage of the good act of the Ukrainian government. There are already scammers who are being impostors and creating fake identities just to pretend they are connected with this Ukraine crypto currencies donations.
People must be aware of this, scammers are everywhere even how awful the situations right now.

What happens to you can be an obvious scam especially if the mail that you got is tagged as spam. Mail spammers can get your email online or on one of the sites that you used. For you to be sure you can also compare the crypto address that you received in your email to the crypto address that is shown in the tweet. That practice must be done before we send any crypto so that we are sure that the money can go in the right hands.

There are hacks before in Twitter where celebrity accounts posted some message about crypto-doubler but those are an obvious scam and very different from the tweet that we saw in the screenshot. I have a confidence on this one.

Ukraine has brought a new traction to the crypto world where there will probably be a few other countries that will start doing the same to try to accept donations from the crypto community. This will be a new trend that will attract the attention of scammers in both the short and long term. But the good thing is that Ukraine has earned a sizeable donation from every crypto user who pays attention.

But the Ukrainian government must use the money donated to aid humanity and they must be transparent enough in using it so that it is not considered war aid by Russia. They have already done so. Ukraine's official Twitter account, as well as the account of Vice Premier Mykhailo Fedorov, announced the crypto wallet details on Saturday. According to many media outlets, including bloomberg.com, it has been confirmed that the tweets and wallet addresses were legit.

However, the wallet address the OP provided is the real Ukrainian government wallet used to accept donations.

we all have this fundamental portion, suspicious feature so commonly. OP did the great job make the thing more clear, also I got several notification regarding the given donation address whether official or not. Few popular page give us the instruction and said as of now looks legit. Neither Ukrainian Twitter page was compromised nor donation address leads to scammer. Ukrainian authorities affirmed with numerous sources that it's genuine.

It's good to see a community helping each other or even helping a country to fund at least only for victims of war, not to fund its arms.
But I don't see this as an ethical or even effective. How can they cashout these cryptos to fiat in terms of war? Also, if an exchange such coinbase or so supports like this, for a war, so it can be exchange and withdraw almost instantly as it is needed so badly.

Since many of them are already confirming the address I am not much into whether they are scammer addresses or legit. The legitimacy is already been conform by news channels, articles, celebrities and most of the twitter handles.

I would like to point out that crypto currency’s are really making its way through the time like WAR. I mean Ukraine know very well it would be hard to accept banking help because many of them are cutting down the swift codes and business with war countries. This situation goes to show the utility of bitcoin as a borderless currency which is immune to regulations, sanctions and the other games of politics and more people would come to the realization of this through such public acts.

Well you're right, I'm still trying to monitor how the BTC goes in and out in a short time. Even now the amount collected is almost close to 20 BTC. Yes, it's two fold, there could be some entities trying to take advantage of the situation and this is not the first time that we've seen criminals in the crypto space. Even during the height of the pandemic, there are a lot of fake donation address too, so I would be cautious as well. Unless the Ukraine government did acknowledge that it belongs to them, just saying.

I agree with you as well. we already had that experience, lots of scammers are targeting this type of time to fill their bags. Because they know people are emotional and they are ready to give their best for others because that is our nature. I also agree that we should verify all the sources before making any donation. No worries, we can donate. There will be lots of officials who will take this as their work. I will wait for that time. Thats it, but I want to mention one thing. In this case, bitcoin proves its power. Consider another country attempting to manage their funding through a bank account but being able to do so with bitcoin.Bitcoin proves it. This can be the best donation method.

It actually looked like a scam (like so many already seen) but it seems that its origin is real and more third party confirmation have been received.

BTW This is an impressive news, a sign of our times. an example of superiority of BTC versus FIAT.

In my opinion, referring to the addresses listed, the transactions are quite suspicious, and the incoming and outgoing Bitcoin transfers are quite fast. As we noticed and monitored https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/357a3So9CbsNfBBgFYACGvxxS6tMaDoa1P there were several transactions that split Bitcoin into multiple addresses. Do not know for sure because until now there is no clarity as to whom Bitcoin flows until it is divided into several parts. Of course, this is troublesome for us if it is monitored regularly.

If this is really a Donation for Ukraina citizens, I hope the Ukrainian government can transparently announce where this Bitcoin is going.

Through this the true meaning of bitcoin is being understood by the people. I'm not into the discussion whether this address is legitimate, if this is being verified then it is good that cryptocurrency played its role in serving people than humanity. You're right, suspicion must remain. Because after all this is a very large number. It will be very worrying that the unexpected will actually backfire for Ukraine. Therefore, there are 2 perspectives that I include. The first is donations that can help our brothers in Ukraine, but the second point is that other parties are actually abusing Bitcoin.

As CZ said in his recent tweet that is where cryptocurrencies shine for humanity. Bitcoin crosses borders with nothing to prevent it.

However, there is something different about Vitalik, such as preventing people from donating as he tweeted. Because there are 2 verified accounts for fundraising. In your opinion, has anyone played the odds in trouble? when Ukraine asks for help but what I'm worried about is a second party trying to profit from it.

The point is Bitcoin has an alternative way that can make it easier for people out there to provide assistance without the need for us to have to go through the queuing process that is held in our country, not to mention that discounts always happen. But with Bitcoin, we P2P directly send it.
