It's also quite expected, I don't think a company in a war zone would be able alone to deal with direct crypto payments, so thinking of paying directly with bitcoin is probably daydreaming, but still, it's Binance, and I have a feeling they will again put their fake bitcoin and stable coins on top of the bitcoin payment option.
Is that how Binance Pay works?
Never used Binance myself so I've no idea.
I get why businesses and charities often prefer to use payment providers instead of "being their own bank",
but it's the first time I hear something about the need to download and install an app from a specific payment provider to pay them.
There's no need to install f.e. a bitpay-app, or coinbase-app to pay some merchants, or donate to NGOs who are using bitpay or coinbase.
