This will just be pumped to death and people will just watch it die. Approval should come from the highest office if they are going to create a tokenized version of a fiat currency, in order for people to bot get scammed and in order for the government lt take something from it. Ukraine legalized cryptocurrency and wholly recognized it, but I think they are far from capable of creating and handling their own cryptocurrency as of the moment, given the circumstances that they are facing right now.

Why not Bitcoin or other "stable" cryptos? Introducing a new token in war times is not the best idea since it needs to build up a infrastructure first. Before the war, I remember, Ukraine was one of the candidates to make Bitcoin a legal tender after El Salvador. I think it would be more meaningful if Ukrainian government or the President would announce that Bitcoin is now a legal tender. I think this would has such an impact that a lot of bitcoin hodlers and companies would strengthen their activities to help the Ukrainian people.

Ukraine did bring in a lot of spammers and scammers to not just here but to everywhere in the world. Even twitter is filled with fake Ukraine "official" accounts that share donation addresses that goes to just directly their pockets, to people who have nothing to do with Ukraine. Even if we assume that OP is telling the truth, why give your money to him? Just donate it directly to Ukraine and if they want to use that to build something like this then they would, if they do not want to then they won't.

There are already plenty of different coins addresses that you can donate to directly to official Ukraine accounts, no need to help with OP at all.
Sadly yes it's true that lot of scammers are making money with that but that's not just for the Ukrainian government...it's a way to send money to our families that could convert to hrivnas in Ukraine and dollars, zlotys or euro abroad.... As a way to bypass the hrivna illiquidity.... We wanna do it locally in my city and if other cities wanna join us great, if not, it's okay, but if in my city works and people can use it would be just awesome...

Meaning this will be stable money pegged to the hrivna (fiat)?
Of course you can create your own version of the hrivna token with some government-approved conditions, as much as the current versions of the USD tokens.
No matter your status in politics or your political associates, all you have to do is reserve real hrivna and lock it (will not be spent) as a value binder with the amount corresponding to the total supply of digital hrivna you want to issue.

I don't think this is a good idea. For the digitized national currency of the state to be reliable, it must be handled by the state. In Ukraine, a digitized hryvnia has long been developed. At the end of July last year, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law allowing the NBU to issue its own digital currency. To date, the digitized hryvnia has already been fully developed and is ready to be launched into widespread use. The National Bank is ready to provide it today. But this will happen only within a year, after the Ukrainian financial regulator assesses its impact on the country's financial stability, and the impact on monetary policy in general. It will be tied to the national currency of Ukraine.
Earlier, I read that the Ukrainian stablecoin is issued on the ethereum platform.

Well I'm a Ukrainian living in Europe with actually lot of my family still in Ukraine...
Well the Ukrainian currency (hrivna) actually worths nothing and people is having big problems to get supplies and those who wanna escape finds that it's like they don't have money, because their hrivnas cannot be converted anywhere so I developed a crytotoken for using it as a virtual grivna that could be exchanged for other mayor tokens like BNB,USDT...

Well the mayor of my ukrainian city is a childhood friend and told him about the project.... He actually encourages it and fully support me,he says it's an interesting project specially because cryptos are the currency of the future.... Can someone give me any tip?
Actually the token will have a small "tax " that will be used for supporting Ukrainian government.
I would be really happy if people can actually help me a bit with that ))
