Why prioritize Ukrainians over other citizens? in this world not only Ukraine is in war, why not prioritize the citizens of that country? what causes them to have priority? The President of Ukraine should provide the safest place for his citizens, not busy with business to join Europe or NATO.

ukranians are not woke racists

they will found their own labour party though, if not they get only exploited by the british oligarchs while living in schacks or storerooms

The article simply mentioned that the paused the program for Nigeria to prioritize Ukrainians coming in. Last I heard Nigeria isn't being invaded by a neighboring country.

I'm not European but even I think the EU has already taken in too much refugees from outside Europe. Some are not even war refugees, for example those economic migrants from Subsaharan Africa that are being smuggled across the Mediterranean.

The United Kingdom Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Nigeria have temporarily suspended the processing of UK Visa under the category of family, work and study Visa Application for Nigerian citizens, this is as a result of giving more priority to Ukraine family scheme Visa Application which was recently launched as a result of the ongoing invasion of Russia to Ukraine.

All Priority Visa Application has been suspended except for health and emergency situation which must  be  indicated as under companionate application and  extra service charge can precede such application. This is truly one of the ways we express concern through a supportive move in helping Ukraine out of it current situation as UK and Nigeria not minding it cost synergies in helping Ukraine families relocation scheme for safety in UK.
