True, they should have not gotten pregnant in the first place. But that education seems to need to start when they are 12 years old, and that in itself sparks another controversy. Don't teach them anything and things like this happen...
Well there is some logic to it but still, it doesn't change how atrocious, grotesque and grim it is.
You are right, it is to late to ban it now, while society got used to existence of PP and other providers. It would only add to the horror, not to mention that the underground would sprung surely.
My country is one of the last where only eugenic, 12 weeks old abortions are legal. Many people however would like to eradicate those as well. Argumentation is that it's considered a form of "gateway killing" and there are in fact some signals, that doctors do perform late, 12weeks+ "treatment", obviously with some form of bribery at play. In my opinion the fault is entirely with academia. Morality and Hippocratic Oath was turn in to a private Limited company, subverted and downplayed below the basement levels, just sad.
As to education, we have nothing exempt biology classes, very basic and the teen pregnancy ratio is the lowest in the EU. I think it's about to change cuz socialistic Eurocrats are forcing us to introduce permissive education as early as kindergarten.
Some say that this is pure Bolshevism and the "elites" are trying to make us in to strictly sexual beings, that no longer follow logic and reason but rather impulses and emotions. When one goes down this rabbit hole, most of this nonsense starts to make sense.
Phantom of communism is howling over the world and it's greatest trick was to convince the world that it felt along with the iron curtain.

I mean when an abortion happens I highly doubt that many states classify this as remains and force the medical provider to give them back in some sort of way. Even found an article on the matter titled "Dead Featuses are not 'Remains''' -
You see, apart abortion and human aspect of it, there is case of ownership of those parts.
Legal definitions are clear, everything your body produces, belongs to you. It is your physical possession.
If at some point, you are being misled about the future fate of those pieces than a widow for a legal case can be opened.
That's why some states decided to introduce those cremation laws, to prevent legal chaos.
That's how it is when people mess with basic rights, like the right to live. Hard for me to think more about all this.
If hell exists it resembles our world... like a mirror.

So he was keeping the (discarded?) fetuses, but burning them would somehow make it better? Maybe its for the best that he kept them all, as a message reminding others. No one will never know how many abortions do occur in this world, as they are "erased" from people's mind.

This was a better registry than some cold numbers written in paper. In fact it would make for a nice decoration in the entrance of an abortion clinic, maybe that would change people's mind before going thru...

The State allows the procedure, it seems he just skipped some red tape and got suspended from that. 18 hours of mandated education? Hmmpf leave it to politicians to dumb out things...

There are countries that allow this, any practicing medic would technically be carrying an execution. What to do with the "remains?" is probably a legal loop hole he found and used. Taking it on him when the system allowed it in the first place is hypocrisy at best.

If you ban abortions, abortions will be performed at even shadier and more dangerous conditions, or with proper organized crime already selling the "product"...

Disgusting. Do you think this is where they are getting all those "stem cells" and "placenta extract" for the beauty treatments the rich and famous are paying for? I doubt he's selling these to medical students for dissection. He wouldn't have kept that many.

The rich really are "eating" the poor. These are also the people pushing for people to eat bugs. Bugs for thee, steak for me.

I think beauty products use goats or horse stem cells? But maybe some use stem cells from humans but from a fetus is a  big NO. It is unacceptable and unethical in my opinion. Underground clinics should be investigated for doing this. I am in favor of stem cell treatment, as we advance more treatments are discovered but it should be from an acceptable source.

Indeed, it should be from a safer source (someone mentioned prions). I do think that's what these fetuses are going to be used for coz what else can one extract from them, it's not like these already have developed organs for transplant.

So yeah, either these fetuses are going to be extracted for stem cells or they're going to be used ritually. I don't believe rumors that they are being canned and sold abroad.

What do you think Klopfer was doing with the fetuses? Why was he keeping them?
Serial killers like to collect trophies.
He is perfectly aware of what he is doing, no one will persuade me that such crimes have zero effect on perpetrator's psyche.
He went bonkers, rightfully so but its a shame he didn't blew his fallen brains out after first murder, he has time, he will manage.
So -- that's the way you're able to get away with this. As that is what the letter of the law says.
Doesn't make it less immoral.

I mean -- what's the argument against doing this? If the research follows all portions of the law, and is helping to promote resarch in fields where research is needed and can only be done through this medium then there's not much that can be done.

I'd love to hear the argument against PP doing this.

You're asking what's wrong with killing and selling dead babies? o.o

I'd love to hear the argument against PP doing this.
1. Did "mom" gave written permission to use her "produce" as a test subject?
2. Did dad gave permission to use his "produce" as a subject of medical experiments?
3. Where they both informed about the possibility of such experiments?

If all or just one of those answers is no, than we have a case of mismanage, depravation of "property" rights, theft and misdemeanour, that is fraud by concealment. That's for starters.

I mean when an abortion happens I highly doubt that many states classify this as remains and force the medical provider to give them back in some sort of way. Even found an article on the matter titled "Dead Featuses are not 'Remains''' - https://slate.com/technology/2019/05/dead-fetus-burial-laws-personhood-indiana-texas.html where it states that only particular states have these sorts of laws in full effect (that state that dead fetuses are remains)

I would go further and assume that there is some sort of opt in or opt out provided by PP when they're providing an abortion.

I hate PP as much as the next guy, and think that there should be no federal funding provided to them and instead given to federal health clinics -- but that doesn't discount the facts here.

Killing the Jews was legal as well.

I don't know the laws in the US, aren't aborted fetuses supposed to be disposed as biohazard or something similar? Or are these abortion clinics allowed to do whatever they want with them and the parents have no say about it?

It's funny in a dark way to imagine they pushed for Planned Parenthood just so they can get cheap stem cells from all the irresponsible women they groomed to ride the CC.

You're on point here. PP was selling aborted tissue for research a couple years back but they were accused of breaking the law and had to stop. The law in the US forbids the use of fetal tissue. They were using it for a number of experiments one of them was transplanting brain cells but the research was abandoned because it did not produce results.

Could have been prevented with something called a condom. Teens in America have no excuse, they can certainly afford it and definitely have heard it from media.

I have no sympathy for girls who fuck their brains out without protection and then cry because there's a baby. What did you expect?
Nowadays contraception is made so that every idiot can use it. They made pills but stupid girls were forgetting to take them every day so they made a patch you can put on your skin and forget about it. Worst case scenario there's a morning after pill.

Gross! The hair on the back of my neck stood up on ends just imagining it. I don't think I'll be watching those videos.

Is this even legal? Do the parents know where their dead babies are going after?

That's why some states decided to introduce those cremation laws, to prevent legal chaos.

I'd rather stay away from anything related to those fetuses. I remember decades ago they harvested human growth hormones from cadavers. It was blamed for Alzheimer's. Some are saying it was not the actual culprit but knowing about prions, I'd stay away from human byproducts, wouldn't touch them with a meter-long pole.

The company buying the fetuses from Planned Parenthood was called StemX I believe, so yes.
My take is he was going to sell them to a simmilar company.

Those women are playing poor and mistreated now, but they did go there of their own free will. They asked for an abortion. One of them was 13 and already pregnant and her father took her there. What a perfect daddy taking his daughter to have an abortion at the age of 13. What a loving family it had to be.
I mean the doctor had no right to keep their babies in jars but they're no saints.

The problem with this whole situation, after some research by myself, is that Planned Parenthood didn't make any profit from this situation. Any payment that they received, had been offset by other costs that had been incurred from providing the fetus' such as transportation, storage, etc.

So -- that's the way you're able to get away with this. As that is what the letter of the law says.

EDIT: My comment is in regards to the Planned Parenthood portion, not Ulrich portion of this.

Terrible! , those where innocent lives being murdered. Pity to those innocent angels, who fall to irresponsible parents. I think it is legal to some states but I feel inhumane, that needs to stop.
