I think it basically means yet another thing that gets automated by superior technology. The state may become irrelevant by the blockchain. This is some next level stuff to think about. We'll need to wait and see how things develop.
It's simpler than that. When folks have sound money, the state will have only taxes, not money printing electronically or otherwise, nor ever expanding loans. The welfare state scam will be exposed, that's how the state becomes irrelevant.

yeah i just picked up on the 'state in a box' thing....in other words soon "corp in a box'
"non-profit in the box" etc apps for all ...all for apps ...the bundling aspect is obvious but blindsided me ..
