Yes, thats their official web site. But in order to buy this for $28 you need to go to Russia and right now they dont sell over sea. I have the device next to me.

For the price, I dont think its too expensive, compare to the UV-Lamps sold in Canada and US this one is slightly more expensive and dont have that stylish looks for convenience of a user. In the future prices for this lamp will jump twice up.

I'm not Russian, so i can only guess here, but does 2090 reflect the price in roebles? In that case, the price is ~24€, or $28
