there is no proof that these people are NOT involved with Ultrix.

I do not know if this can serve as a Proof. but I got in touch with the Deconet and they say they are not part of the ULTRIX COIN team.

I also sent a message to @David Sneider and I'm waiting for his response

If you check their linkedIN profiles, you'd see how they have worked as a "CEO" at 5 differents ICO related firms in less than a year.

In fact, this is what led me to surmise the ULTRIX COIN  is a scam project. see the twitter of @David Sneider and medium that he does not mention the project ULTRIX COIN, that's why I distrusted and started to do research, I'm waiting for the answer from @David Sneider on this case.

Looks like they copied the whole team but to be fair - there is no proof that these people are NOT involved with Ultrix. Actually some of these don't look like they're involved in Deconet either but that's a different story.
I concur. The way these ICO shit-heads work is they keep changing their projects and companies after the ICO is done and quick monies are made.If you check their linkedIN profiles, you'd see how they have worked as a "CEO" at 5 differents ICO related firms in less than a year.
