they have cancelled hosting without warning and promised to compensate downtime using antpool PPLNS, and "replace" my miners with hashnest hashpower (1:1 conversion). My S4s cost over 3 BTC, and the compensation is worth about 1,7 BTC ONLY!
UMISOO, this is NOT how you treat paying customers! You can do that because you are in China, if you were in US or EU, my lawyers would be having you for breakfast.

judging by how unreliable and unstable their hosting has become, Bitmain might have made a wise choice there.
I got 2 S4 that have been offline for 4 days now, support being very quiet about it, apart from a message on their website that their farm is down for maintenance and customers will receive "appropriate" compensation.
