The un is useless because it to much beurcraciey and also to much politics when human lives are on the line.

Kudos to the Filipinos for not surendering to the ISIS. They must have seen the beheading video. They better fight to death than captured and humiliated.

It is also include shooting the target in another soldiers hand without a scope! And also you cannot graduate in the Filipino Army without being first assigned and survived fighting in the frontline against separatist muslim rebels in Southern Philippines.
