Judging from the OP's trust page, the email was just recently changed already. I will assume that the OP already resolved his queries.
Which email provider was that? How come you are not able to access it?
If I were you maybe I would stake a bitcoin address, create a thread in reputations stating why i am changing my email address and also sign a message using the same stake bitcoin address for future reference.
Creating a thread in reputation may not be necessary; the user can post the staked address in this thread - (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/stake-your-bitcoin-address-here-996318) and include the email change in the signed message, a user would quote the message and it would serve as proof if the user ever needs to recover their account in the future. 
Changing the email address is easy as suggested by the members, however I would like to add on that in case you change the email address and your account gets hacked in the future, recovering it will be very hard as one of the prerequisites for recovering a stolen account is writing to the team responsible to recover accounts using the email address that was originally used to register the account.

It has been months now that I was unable to access my bitcointalk email account, I have tried multiple times to recover my email account but unsuccessful, is there a way I can change my email?
What do you mean by "bitcointalk email account", if you mean email address linked to your account, that you can change easily
Go to Profile -> Account Related Settings (on the left)
or click https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/oshosondy-2819049
If you mean your email account itself e.g. gmail/hotmail/yahoo etc. is not accessible then it's a different story and there are ways recover depending on your account's security.
Let us know if you need help on that may be someone can guide in better way.
Isn't this the one that's editable? Try going into your profile information and see if you can change it.
Itll send a link to your old email saying they can lock it if they need too but if you weren't hacked and just lost access then you should be able to change it without a problem.
Make sure you have a staked address though or some sort of ip relationship to your account.
