Read the notes where Armory v0.96 can be downloaded:
Given that, the updated website (btcarmory.com) has the latest version 0.96.5 that should work.
If there's still an error, you should paste the "armorylog.txt" instead of "dblog.txt".

I`ve been trying to get my btc from my armory wallet back to a online wallet but can`t manage to get it working.
Here is are some of the log files from the error that keeps occuring.
