This is awful a lot of people using that exchange,this might be a small problem that can be worst,i hope your issue will be resolve.

There's an awful lot of traffic on their website for the last 7 hours with 25000+ users in the last 24 hours--based on their tweet. They are still probably working on it until now, so try to log-in later.
It seems it is about the website. They may try to fix it now. Opening a ticket in support may not be useful as it is a general problem. You must wait.
