may be you are in newbie jail , just wait for 4 hours and that will be fine
The strict replying rules seems to make sense here. Im glad to see this site well moderated/maintained with what im guessing have been an influx of members very recently

Waiting for 360 seconds is not the problem, but it is so annoying that I need to type my post again and again.
I was having trouble posting. It was telling me I couldn't reply because of some 360 second rule...
