The strict replying rules seems to make sense here. Im glad to see this site well moderated/maintained with what im guessing have been an influx of members very recently

kinda strict rules... guess it does prevent spammers but ok..

The 360 second limit will go away after reaching 15 activity though.

You are probably talking about the 360 second limit. You have to wait 6 minutes before you can post a new message.
