People using online web wallets I think are lazy by nature, they want everyone to do their job for them and manage everything for them, and when some problems arises, they tend to alarm and make the problem look bigger. Online web wallet will always have problems, DDOS, hacks etc. Just use a desktop wallet for daily transactions, its easier than coinbase and keep the majority of your coins in cold storage if you are lazy to not learn about protecting yourself. Its as easy as 1,2,3.
But the fact that they ARE lazy is the reason why they don't want to use desktop wallets, or atleast that's what I think.Besides, 2 hours and you're already panicking? Oh please. It's nothing worth panicking if you can't send for just that amount because maybe the site is working on something? We don't know. You don't know. Give it a day. If it's still not working, try contacting them.
