Is the issue resolved OP? Blockchain.com's wallet has an issue with refreshing your form inputs :-
1 . Make sure your browser's cache is cleared.
2 . Check the proper fees for the network at the time of broadcasting a transaction and use that as a measure to decide a custom fee instead of blockchain.com's priority or regular fee.
OP is offline since the creation of this thread and do post out his concern then we can presume that the problem is already resolved. This isnt a rare case on Blockchain wallet to get these errors.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
AFTER THIS I HAVE TRY TO SEND SOME SMALLER TRNASACTIONS LIKE 5 USD AND 10 USD AND THEY WENT THROUGH BUT BIGGER AMOUNTS LIKE 50 USD ARE NOT GOING THROUGH.
Because by chance it happens when your larger balance from previous transaction's output address as the change (which will become the input address when you're going to make another transaction) are still unconfirmed which you cannot send larger the amount of the change, and by chance you have still have inputs that has smaller of 50$, so you can send smaller amount.

So, you have to wait until your previous transactions go through before sending another. You can check that to blockchain's explorer every other 10 minutes to be sure.

"To many pending transactions. Try again in a few minutes."
The above bug is a famous bug in that wallet and I have encountered many users during different periods. [use Google for more info]
I encountered such an error about a year ago and it was solved by itself.

If you do not want to wait, move your 12-word seed from Blockchain.info into electrum using this -----> How can I migrate from blockchain wallet to Electrum?

Remember to download electrum from   https://electrum.org/#download

i am using blockchain and as soon i press send button it is giving this error

My first time hearing that Blockchain needs you to wait for validation before you can make a transaction. Is it possible because your input comes from the unconfirmed output? Can you give us an SS? Though it seems your issue has been solved it is interesting to learn more about this imo.

i am not able to share pic here, i can email you screen shot if u can give me your email.

You can upload your image on image hosting site and then copy the link here.

Could you share to us, like a picture / images?
Or at least your bitcoin address so we can verify all your concerns.

Having said it's too much pending transactions you should wait for it to get confirmed. Or do you happen to have different transaction fees? Perhaps you should edit the OP with complete info so we can easily help you out.

from where are you trying to send your bitcoin transactions?
because based on your comment it doesn't sound like you are using a bitcoin wallet. it sounds more like using some sort of service, exchange,... or something like that. if that is the case then there is nothing WE can do to help you. contact the support of that website you are using.
but if it is an actual bitcoin wallet (which is unlikely because of the error you posted) then mention the name of it.

Im not sure about "Too many pending transactions". There's no limit to spend your money on blockchain unless your money is 0 or less value.

Have patience op. Your issue will get resolved on its own, but it will take some time. Why did you choose blockchain wallet when there are way better alternatives like Bitcoin core etc available?

I faced a similar problem with this wallet before(Small amount), but I simply waited for sometime and the issue got resolved on its own after which I pulled out all my funds from this wallet.

Is there any unconfirmed transactions on your address? I mean, have just received a transaction which is not confirmed then you try to send it to other address? If not, means that the old issue of blockchain wallet is coming back.
I think it is better for leave blockchain and move to other better wallet such as electrum, you can import your blockchain wallet into electrum.

which vaulet u recommend

depends on how much bitcoin you own and how often you use those coins.
basically if it is a long term investment and you don't want to touch those coins then use a paper wallet (bitaddress is a good tool for that: https://github.com/pointbiz/bitaddress.org) but paper wallets aren't meant to be access regularly.

if you have a large amount and want to access it regularly then you can buy a hardware wallet like Trazor, Ledger,... and store your coins in there.

if you have smaller amounts or if you want to have a hot wallet then any desktop wallet would be great. a desktop wallet is any open sourcewallet application that you install on your PC and you fully control your private keys. https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet has a list of good wallets. i suggest bitcoin-core (it will take up a lot of space on your computer since it is full node) or Electrum (it will take a small space since it is a light wallet).

there should be a place inside your wallet called history (or a similar name) where they list all the transactions you have received and sent. check there to see if there are any unconfirmed transactions.
i don't use blockchain.com wallet since it is terrible but the error saying "TOO MANY PENDING TRANSACTIONS" sounds like an unconfirmed tx issue. which means you should wait until those previous transactions are confirmed first before you can use blockchain.com's wallet to send new tx out.
