yeah, maybe your got wrong ip address. here is how to fix them:
first: you download this tool: https://shop.bitmain.com/support.htm?pid=00720160906053730999PVD2K0vz0693
then you connect your computer and your l3+ on the same network.
run this tool above and click "Start". also push "Report IP" button on your 3+. you will receive an ip address.
if you dont receive any ip address, try "Reset" button, and then reboot your l3+ and reScan ip again. you will receive your l3+ IP.
go to this ip on your browser with user: root, pass: root
finally change your pool and user!

if its connected to the router it should be on your router list , the default settings is DHCP for the miner , so you going to get the first available ip address for your L3++
What ip adress are you trying to put into your browser ?

"Using an IP scanning app the antminer appears on the discovered devices " then get that device ip address , and put that into your browser .

Help. Total noob here. I’m in need of a little tech support. I received and unboxed my ant miner L3+. I followed all instructions to connect it to the power supply and ethernet cable. I fired her up and she runs like a charm. However, the problem starts when I try to enter the IP address into my browser. Both chrome and safari are unable to open the ant miners configuration page. It seems like my network does not recognize my antminer. Using an IP scanning app the antminer appears on the discovered devices but doesn't show up on the connected devices my router configuration page. This is all very frustrating. If any of you out there are willing to share your expertise it would be greatly appreciated. I’d possibly be willing to compensate for you time. PM me if interested. Thanks again.
