I opened an account on bitcoitalkforum just to open this topic. I have an account on Stake.com from which I can't withdraw around 1500 euros. When I try to go on a withdraw, I get the error "You are not allowed to do this." or something like that.
It's good that you opened an account to bring this matter here, not that it will be solved right away but there will an investigation what really happened to your account, I'm sure you will have your answer
I went to chat, which is useless by the way, and they told me to write to
[email protected]. I wrote there, and I got the answer that I had broken some of their rule, and that I had multiple accounts with them, which is absolutely not true, and they asked me to KYC.
They have a reason why they do this to your account and why they ask for KYC
I don't have much experience with crpyto-bookies, I have an account on maybe one or two more, and they are fair. Literally, this is my first negative experience with a crypto-bookie, and I don't think Stake has any intention of paying me money. Has anyone been in a similar position?
