A temporary ban would last only for the duration stipulated. There is no point making a new account to appeal. It won't be lifted until the date stipulated.

Note, if after your van you fail to improve your post quality and is tagged as a repeat offender the mods can take stricter actions against your account

It's self-explanatory. You're posting way too many low-quality posts, and that result in a temporary ban for 15 days. Improve your quality after the ban is over, and don't hijack other threads btw. This thread is way too old, you should make a new one.

It's self-explanatory. You're posting way too many low-quality posts, and that result in a temporary ban for 15 days. Improve your quality after the ban is over, and don't hijack other threads btw. This thread is way too old, you should make a new one.

Well I would ideally like to participate in the forum and since you're not allowed to have multiple accounts (especially while one is banned) I guess the way forward is to have the original account unbanned if possible. Am I missing something? The account was new. I only had 2 posts before getting banned. There is no intrinsic value in the banned/old account if that's what you're asking.

Hi, please unban my account https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/lexmnr45-1555891. I'm going over the forum rules right now to figure out what I did wrong. If it's of any help to anyone the ban appeal email addresses don't seem to work (send a couple of messages with no reply in over a month). In all honesty I didn't realize this forum had so many rules. Have a good one!
