Payed about 0.03 in fees when i transferred from my old imported address to "my bitcoin wallet" in blockchain
can anyone explain why is there such a high size of that transaction

The only possible reason is you have collected a lot of small dust or micro payments and this means you have a lot of inputs when sending the bitcoins from one wallet to another. This results in extremely high fees, now next time keep in mind to not withdraw smaller amounts than 0.02 or above to your wallet. If you withdraw from 0.0005 it is a problem if you do it a lot of times.
wallet was 4 year old and yes it had lots of transaction
so there isnt a way to transfer all the bitcoins from the wallet to another wallet without paying huge amount of fee?
Sorry but there's no such thing cause you can't combine 2 or more inputs to become one right? And miner fees are calculated based on their transaction size, on the other hand if you have many inputs = larger transaction size = higher miner fee .

It's not very recommendable but I remember when I had a approximately 3kb of transaction (too many inputs), And mycelium's lowest fee (Low Prio) for my transact is 800K sats and so I imported it on electrum and there I customized the fee to 100K sats . It didn't get stucked because I entered it on viabtc  Grin Grin
