The first one was confirmed about 12 days ago, the other one was confirmed last year... Can't see any transaction spending any funds, especially not yesterday.
This is because blockchain.com shows only tge confirmed transactions related to the provided address. To see an unconfirmed transaction, you have to provide its id.

Mempool.space does show unconfirmed transactions and according to it, I believe this is the one OP is asking about:
https://mempool.space/tx/1312bc65dc9589b37b364d96df92e9d3032b35afe8c8163b732c0f265336c85f

It's paying 5 sats/vbyte. Likely, it has rbf enabled and OP can accelerate it by bumping the fees.

transaction still unconfirmed, how many sat per bytes should i use ?
I checked the mempool earlier and what I mostly notice is that transactions that has 21 sat per byte below are being purge from the mempool so fees that is 140 higher will be prioritize to get confirmed and with your fee which is 2sat/byte will be one of the purged unconfirmed transactions.

bitcoin-cli getmempoolinfo
{
  "loaded": true,
  "size": 7667,
  "bytes": 3562620,
  "usage": 14209280,
  "maxmempool": 50000000,
  "mempoolminfee": 0.00089410,
  "minrelaytxfee": 0.00001000

}

A 2 sat/vbyte tx probably doesn't even end up in my mempool right now... 2 sat/vbyte is perfectly fine, but at this very moment, it's just not enough...

Due to having a lower transaction fee, this is the reason for taking so long confirmation. Base on the link given by OP it's already confirmed it's good to check transactions is congested to avoid getting a long confirmation and high fees. 2 sat/byte is too low its good if at least 2-4 $. You can close now this thread because it's already fixed I guess.

I use electrum to send and atomic to receive
The one on 9th of april did went thru, in electrum, i choosed a server manually because i was getting error message about it until it worked
fees are 2 sat/byte
I do not know exactly what I am doing so i just rose the fee and signed it then send it, let se what happens, thanks for your help
Probably due to the low fee, your transaction doesn't even accepted into the network. Look at the required transaction fee which is worse since the last week.

yesterdays morning i sent a small BTC 0.0006 from a wallet to another.

Are you sure these two are correct? Last transaction in this wallet was made April 9. I see that the balance looks the same as the amount you have sent. Are you sure you have clicked "send" button or signed the transaction (or what ever wallet you are using)?

I'm not a pro, but for it looks like you have forgotten to send funds, that is why nothing is completed.

Both transactions funding said address are confirmed

Which wallet are you using?

My gut feeling says that it's either:
  • An issue with you using insufficient fees
  • A connectivity issue where your wallet isn't connected to the network
  • A non-issue where you're looking at a transaction made 12 days ago

There might be other issues, but these ones are the most common.
