Although looking at that particular address it is still showing as unconfirmed...hmm
https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/3BSk41vyWm4EFGH6N3HuiJMWmQpqDa2quA

Already confirmed, 16 confirmations by now.
Probably a explorer bug?

2-3 Blocks have been mined already but my transaction doesn't seem to confirm.

is there any problem with my transaction ? How to rectify ?

Please tell me
9 sat/byte is too low according to https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/
So follow the recommended fee from the above link (The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 36 satoshis/byte)

I know that new users get insecure when they see that a transaction does not confirm instantly.. but do you  really need 2-3 blocks confirmation? A 9 sat/byte is not a small fee, and a 36 byte fee is very expensive IMO. Unless you really need the money now, there is no problem in waiting.

I am used to make transfer with 1sat/byte when I can wait 12hours, or even more than 1 day. There is no risk in doing so, and your bitcoins won't disappear. Especially if you are transferring coins to yourself (which is very common. Form exchanges to my wallet, or from different addresses).

Your transaction ID now has one confirmation so it looks like it all worked out just fine in the end > https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/e3587f4a8514691aa4aef5278c0c12b05e2617e1477f10e4f4de63bae79a0cf5

According to your transaction and the CPFP the transactions you made are both low fees if you do a "child pays for parent" you should increase the fee to push the first transaction and the 2nd transaction.

Abdussamad is right you need to use RBF then increase the fee.

he doesn't have to send the coins to another address to bump the fee. he can simply use rbf - right click on the transaction on the history tab and choose increase fee > set a fee and click ok > then click sign and broadcast.

It's still showing unconfirmed.
You have 2 options.
1) Wait, as a rule the blockchain transactions are lower overnight US time so it should clear.

2) Using CPFP (Child Pays For Parent) do what BitCryptex said and send the coins to another address with a high fee. A miner will know that in order to get the larger fee they will have to mine the lower fee transaction.

Note, with CPFP it's not like someone is looking at the transactions, it's automated some pools will do it others will not.

I did it now but what will happen to my current transaction ? and I see no unconfirmed transaction. Weird.

It will eventually get confirmed in the next few blocks. You should see at least two unconfirmed transactions in your wallet (1 incoming and 1 outgoing). If you could see them then you would simply have to right-click on the outgoing transaction and bump the fee (not necessary if you don't need your funds urgently). Click on the green dot in the bottom-right corner and tell me what is the value of 'Blockchain'. You can also try changing the servers in the same window.

Parent not confirmed. I am getting this in my electrum while sending to 3BSk41vyWm4EFGH6N3HuiJMWmQpqDa2quA

You are trying to spend coins which haven't been confirmed yet. Go to 'Tools -> Preferences' and untick 'Spend only confirmed coins' under 'Transactions' tab. However, the transaction seems to be sent since you can see it on a block explorer as unconfirmed. Can you see it in your 'History' tab?
