Hello.

My transactions always takes forever.
(Link removed)

I made a transaction 17 hours ago @102.335 sat/B  and still unconfirmed.

The last transaction, to me have already gotten 107 confirmations in 21 hours @137.261 sat/B

Why are my transactions taking so long? Huh Could it be something wrong with my wallet? I am using Bitcoin core 14.0.

maybe you transfer are stuck in a high volume of transaction in blockchain by the time you send your bitcoin. In my own experience, i send a while ago a couple of bitcoin with only 40 per byte transaction fees and surprisingly it was confirmed within an hour after i send it.
Use this to accelerate your transaction https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Looks like you caught a bad time to transact, networks getting a bit crowded again due to the flurry of trades trying to catch up to the ATH wave before it inevitably corrects. User above has already submitted to via so I won't also submit. Gotta say that Via hasn't been finding blocks as often as before though, not since Bitcoin Cash anyway. Still, they might move a bit more hashrate over to BTC, given the very tempting prices above $5,500.

They're still your best hope for confirmation... https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ estimates your fee to take between 5-Infinity time to confirm. In fact, 111 per byte is estimated to take 1.5 days...

I upgraded to 0.15 and the fee estimater on this version seems to do a more accurate job, not sure. You have to wait until its in sync though, i did by accident send out 1 test transaction with like 20 satoshi fee of something crazy low - guess i will be waiting a few days for that to clear.

I just thought it was weird that that the other transaktion got close to 100 confirmations in the same time, with almost the same fee.

But it only comes down to the fee? There's nothing else impacting time it takes?
Miners have the last say in including any transactions in their block. It is totally possible that miners don't really like your transaction and chose to ignore it all the way. It can also be due to poor propagation though I doubt that is actually a factor in this, seems to be pretty well propagated from what I can tell.

If your other transaction pays the similar fees/size, it may be due to miner selecting your transaction as the last to be included in their block (assuming that they organise the transaction based on the fees/size).

I've submitted your transaction ID to confirmtx.com and it may accelerate the confirmation process. Viabtc's transaction accelerator seems to be crowded at the moment. It can probably be confirmed in a couple of hours from now. But yes, your bitcoin fees at the current moment is lower than what cissrawk has mentioned. You can noticed that there are lots of unconfirmed transactions here: https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions

Because bitcoin network is really busy right now. And 102 sat/B is low (for now). you can check here https://bitcoinfees.21.co . the recommended fee when i write this post is 200 satoshis/B. Priority is about 220 sat/B
