Why not just resend it as a double spend with a few extra bits.

Okay, I think I know what's happening, you need to delete that transaction from the core, as it seems to have already dropped from miners memory pools but since it is still showing up in your wallet, core won't let you make another transaction until that one is deleted, close the core and do this in terminal:

Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bitcoin\bitcoin-qt.exe -zapwallettxes

Too late, I see,, sorry..  Embarrassed
Remember it for the next time, since you're running core.

You said that you uninstalled the program, maybe you need to re-sync the blockchain, as the left of your wallet shows 0.000000 BTC, which may mean that the blockchain is corrupted. A workaround is you can re-broadcast the RAW transaction using these tools:

https://blockr.io/tx/push
https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/pushtx/

Or another workaround is, you can export the private keys out, import it on blockchain.info or swap it in electrum and use your coins from there.

I dont know how to rebroadcast, all i did now was to copy and paste the thinks who where entcoded etc. and type send it back to network but it says:
There was an error pushing your transaction to network!
Did you sign your transaction? Is this double spend? Have you already sent this transaction?

And the other site says:
Error sending transaction: transaction already in pool.
Don't stress too much it's just a lesson your learning.
Im sure your transaction has been sent with just a low fee and will either confirm soon or someone here with more knolage on this problem like shorena will come along and help you.

Good luck.

Is this your correct BTC address? https://blockchain.info/address/16mdzB3P2uRyea9G3DQG9wF8GkHnbH94JM I typed it from your screenshot above, if that is right then there are no unconfirmed transactions in that address, neither incoming nor outgoing and the current balance of it is 0.01564824 BTC

http://prnt.sc/b6db68

Yes i saw that too, but in my program (Bitcoin Core) it says that i dont have bitcoins and I tried to make again an payment with very low budget but I can't it says i dont have enough bitcoins... I cant understand that. I uninstalled the programm and reset everything but not the wallet.ini (or some that)..

I can't read German so not much help but have you tried to rebroadcast the transaction with a higher fee if needed?

Have a look here if you need some help: https://blog.[Suspicious link removed]/2014/07/08/tutorial-how-to-rebroadcast-a-bitcoin-transaction/
This is what you can use to do it: https://blockchain.info/pushtx

It says:
Fee is too low / Not sufficient priority

And at the pictures i show that the btc are send but not confirmed (bestätigt) and the second that Blockchain dont see any unconfirmed transactions at my adress
If it's just that the fee is too low then your transaction should still be added to a block and confirmed but it will just take longer than usual, sometimes days im sorry to say.
If it never gets added (highly unlikely) then it will be returned to your address i believe.

What wallet did you use to broadcast the original transaction?

I contacted the support where I send the Bitcoins but they didnt got anything and blockchain says that no tansaction is unconfirmed. The transaction is bugged or something I dont know. I send it without fees I think im not sure, I thought that if I type send without fees means that the adress who get the btc must pay the fees.. Im not good in english so don't hate my speech im working on it Smiley I need really help on this problem, here is a picture about it (in German):
