Have just accelerated this using ViaBTC and AntPool... honestly, I don't think AntPool works anymore... but you never know 
The same also goes for me. I haven't had any transaction that got confirmed there lately. The last transaction that got confirmed would be 2 or 3 weeks ago??, Furthermore, It is 400+ sat per byte that got stucked because the network is really clogged up that time. The recommended fee that time was 750 - 900 sats per byte.
Is it safe to assume that antpool is probably prioritizing entered transactions based on its included fee unlike viabtc which is doing a first come first serve.
I guess I'll just give it some time and see what happens.
