sir just run the old bitcoin core and export the key remotely or better off transfer it on a hardware ledger or wallet.

What's the TXID? Normally when our transactions are unconfirmed for weeks or even up to months it's because of the low fee that we made - low sat/B.

Yes, i encountered this kind of scenario, I don't know where i could find assistance, and in the whole week of waiting, i earned nothing, this is the most disastrous event, ive encounter from bitcoin, At the end of my efforts, ive got nothing:(

If your transaction is not successful in 10 days is when the transaction you made a mistake or missing a step to complete the procedure, then your transaction will not be confirmed.
Also, when I completed the transaction, I received it a few hours later. It is great to have a very fast and handy transaction.

I talked with John and explained him how to confirm his transaction. He did a little mistake for upgrades on his wallet and fees.

After I accelerated his transaction, his transaction got confirmed in 57 minutes

it has a very low fee of 4.818 sat/B, unfortunately for viabtc free accelerator you need minimum 10s/B
on your old mac, I hope you still have access to it, run the old bitcoin core and export the private key
then I suggest pick a new wallet, import the address (using private key) and re-send your transaction with higher fee
