It probably would have confirmed relatively quickly anyhow.

Right now the Johoe mempool (https://core.jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#2h) only has ~0.5 MB of transactions at or above a fee rate of 5 satoshis per byte.

Another option is just to double spend your transaction if your wallet supports it. Always enable replace by fee (RBF) if your wallet supports it then you can replace your transaction with a higher fee if you feel its taking too long. Some wallets support forgetting/abandoning transactions (Bitcoin Core does) after which you can recreate it with a higher fee rate, just make sure you use at least one of the same inputs your old transaction used so that its impossible to double pay the recipient.

Double spending your tx would probably have cost much less then $10 in the current fee market.

I have two transactions that eventually confirmed after more than week with tx fees 1000 satoshis per 1024 bytes. You must be patient, lucky, or both. Or pay higher tx fees.

I have sent my bitcoin from Cryptonator to payeer like 2 month ago. It was a low fee on Cryptonator (like 2sat/byte) as default, but I got the confirmations

Here is the tx:
https://blockchain.info/tx/b423b35a131a4b2803a539d4d0a90b109792087fb188e3ac096177b074c58e7f

I have more than 7k confirmations, but I’ve never seen my money on payeer! Can anyone please suggest smthng? Thanx anyway

the problem is not with bitcoin or your transaction, the issue is that the Payeer website is not crediting your account with the amount that you gave them. probably because it took a long time to confirm (~17 days).
the only thing you can do now is to contact Payeer, give them the transaction ID you posted here and ask them to fix this problem manually for you in your account there.

Your tranasction fee is to low 5 sat/B. I am not sure even now when there are not many transactions in the memory pool that you can get by this low fee tho.

Why don't you try free accelelator? I have used viabtc as free service in the past when I needed to boost up my transaction, the only drawback is that you could end up trying multiple times until it lets you accelerate your transaction since as a free service many people are trying to push their transaction. Altgouh sadly you can not speed up your transaction as your fee is less than 0.0001BTC/KB and viabtc require you to put higher than 0.0001btc/kb fee.

Anyway here is the link if you ever need it in the future: https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

The other thing is simply to try to do a duble spend by putting higher fee 2nd time sadly not many wallets will allow you to do this or paid service should get your transaction confirmed.

Good luck.

We tried it but unfortunately they don't accelerate them anymore, you will get an error message "Transaction fee is too low" and since the no. of unconfirmed transactions has risen we were worried and preferred to try the accelerator which has worked - it might have remained unconfirmed if it was without it!

They still work, they just have a minimum threshold of 10 sats/byte fee for acceleration, which yours didn't meet. Hopefully by now, you've learnt from the many replies on the forum how to ensure your tx gets the fee it deserves! Especially if you intend to use Bitcoin for your site's business. Though again, I still think that 5sats/byte fee would have confirmed in a few more hours if you'd just waited...

Yeah, I wouldn't have paid! I was just about to say 5 sats/byte got me confirmed in 2 blocks but I see mempool steadily rising again (this means price is going up, in my experience haha). Fact, majority of txs right now are in the 1-10 sat/byte range, guess people all got in line for cheap fees.

Here's another free accelerator by antpool, you do need a mobile number to sign up for an account though: https://www.antpool.com/user/prioritiseTransaction.htm?m=savePrioritiseTx

Both Via and antpool's work when mempool's not bloated, though I haven't tested them in many months.

Thanks for this link!

Next time i suggest you to use RBF (Replace-by-fee) features if you accidentally put low fees, but want fast confirmation. It's cheaper solution rather than paid $10. Even if your wallet or transaction format don't support RBF, you could ask the receiver to use the unconfirmed input a.k.a CPFP (Child-pay-for-parent) to make confirmation time faster.
https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ might come in handy if you're not sure how much fees you should use for specific block confirmation, but i'd suggest choose fees with delay at most between 0-3 blocks.

We were not the sender unfortunately.

Yeah, I wouldn't have paid!
Agreed. It's confirmed now, but according to https://coinb.in/#fees 4 sat/byte is enough at the moment, so it would have confirmed without acceleration too.
If you're not in a hurry, you can be quite cheap on fees at the moment.

We paid $10 to test the Transaction Accelerator, let's see how it goes.

Would you pay $10 to accelerate it via pushtx.btc.com or would you just let it get confirmed hopefully?
