Sorry for the late reply. As it seems from the description, your transaction just has not gained a sufficient amount of confirmations to be filled. Still, we have currently decided to increase fees for transactions, so this problem will be solved in the nearest future. Accept our apologies for the caused inconvenience. I'm not sure but this looks like I've been duped. Their customer support is just a sham with no response whatsoever.

Can I take legal action against CEX.IO? I've already lost over 40% of my value because of this delay and I'm not sure whether I'll get my money back.

I was trying to convert my bitcoins into Verge through Changelly and Changelly currently is showing that my transaction has failed. What does it mean? Is my money stuck in between, with unconfirmed transaction on cex.io?

I won't spare a single online channel to expose CEX.IO if I don't get my money, be it reddit, twitter, facebook etc. I guess public shaming is the only route left now.
