That's a free acceleration service, not sure if it will work because you really have a low fee. The OP of that thread also mentioned : "if you want being priority to speed up your stuck tx, you can send me pm for discussion price, fees can be charged"

So to clarify, Did you made the payment even without receiving an email confirming your slot in their paid accelerator services? I'm not sure how it works but you should ask for more details first. And they're probably receiving a lot of emails since there's an increasing number of stuck transations because of the congested network so I suggest to send one again.
But anyway, Your transaction met the prerequisites of viabtc's free acceleration services so you can use it. You just need to wait a maximum of 8 hours I think? but most of the time its less. Enter it at XX:00:00 to avoid "submissions are full...."
EDIT: Accelerated using viabtc, It should be confirmed in the next block they'll mine.

Hello guys,
more than 2 days ago I sent my coins from my wallet with low fee (about 0.90 $) by mistake. Unfortunately, it has stayed at limbo so far... So, to accelerate transaction I made decision to make donation (equal to 0.01 BTC) to www.viabtc.com for accelerating my transaction. I've sent them email and ask them help me instead of donation which I've made. But, nobody has answer me since yesterday... I don't know what to do...
If possible for anyone to help or advice me please?
