Won't my wallet be inaccurate.. I Have already had multiple transactions since this.

I have sent non-fee transactions before that confirmed within six hours or so. I guess I just got lucky.
Afaik you could do this:
Import the private key in an other and sent the transaction again with a fee (-> doublespend, the transaction with the fee will be accepted and the old one discarded)
Or wait...at least the Bitcoin amount is quite big, so it will most likely transfer in a while.

I know this doesn't help you this time, but next time you could add a fee.
How do you even perform a transaction without a fee? Can't use bitcoin-qt rightI sent this using the blockchain.info app on default settings.. Not sure why it does this.
