Ok.I am really thankfull for your help.I hope this wont last longer than 48 hours
I havent been much active on the blockchain wallet but i had to exchange some fund that i had.I have sent the bitcoins but even after 4 hours the transcation is unconfirmed.Whats the outcome of this?Their doesnt work with issue like this.Will the transcation be reversed or blocked automatically by the system or it will be confirmed eventually?

you can only wait. if it takes too long (48-72 hours) to confirm the bitcoins will return to your wallet.
as to why it's taking so long, it's because you paid less than 0.0001BTC for a transaction with output less than 0.01BTC.

but it have a good chance of getting confirmed within 24 hours. even though it's lower than it should be, you still paid 6k satoshi fee.

There isn't much chance that it will be rejected from the network. It might take a long time.
Chances that it confirms in the next few hours are slim, you should wait at most a few days.
As you can see near the "Medium priority" text , It's because you paid lower fees then the recommended ones so to prevent this next time you should paid the fees as should be. Also , there is nothing to worry about since the funds will be comeback eventually to your wallet after being unconfirmed for long time .(few days)
