I think it is a quality project, one of the most decent and real projects lately.
It has been rough few months for icos but data wallet is not amongst them.
Price is not important at the moment, i am sure it will get its fair valuation in the near future.

tim draper U has QTUM and datawallet and they will work together      its going to be a popular coin after people know about it
