guys someone can explain some stuff? i run that script but i would like know more for play more

in that script:
-I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8193 --shaders 2048 --gpu-powertune 20 --temp-cutoff 90 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-target 71 --gpu-fan 43-100 --auto-fan --gpu-engine 1052 --gpu-memclock 1498

what means -I  -g -w --thread-concurrency --shaders and etc....

someone can help understand?

Do you know what a read-me is? Practically any file/program you download from the internet has one, and cgminer is no exception. Look for SCRYPT-README in the cgminer directory and read that, or just learn how to use google.
