Depending on you VRM and card (ref/non ref, rev., bios limits) try msi afterburner, trixx, Ati tray tools, barelyclocked, clocktweak or simply radeon bios editor (best, but risky if you're not careful)

for anyone else interested 1.00v seems to be ok with core clocks up to 830 and mem clock at 200.

What's the stock voltage? 1.1v or so? Drop it to 1v, then test lower clocks to see where you are stable. Alternately you could just lower the clocks a bit, and it should run cooler.

Starting to get hot here so I need to underclock/undervolt my 5850 to stay under its 75c target i've set.  Anyone have any experience undervolting there cards? What volts did you go to etc.
