I understand that the Bitget exchange neither respects nor values its traders and partners. Anyone could find themselves in my situation. So let's begin with what Bitget is doing wrong in the futures market.

During sharp Bitcoin price movements, I noticed that the exchange deliberately lowers or raises prices depending on liquidation prices in the futures market. On copy trading, chaos reigns as inexperienced traders enter the market with just one dollar and start averaging their positions, thereby not risking their assets. Meanwhile, the exchange's administration supports this behavior because they still earn commissions regardless.

Additionally, Bitget unilaterally changes the daily turnover requirements for its partners, effectively stealing our hard-earned money. I will continue writing about them and send my findings to the SEC.

If you want, I can send you my verdict, where it states that I was allegedly involved in blackmailing the president. Ask the former Bitget employee, David. You are 100% right. This is minimum that I am asking for because my students have traded on futures and spot markets during 1,5 year plus bitcoin raised in price for 3,5 times plus shitcoins pumps altogether this sum  is minimum. I wrote to Bitget managers during these 2 months they ignored me when I wrote to bitcointalk they started answering to me. No words just emotions!

We'll see but since it's a business, there's a likely that they don't want to meddle into these matters. But it's out of the picture, what they should do is if you're outright and eligible for that money, they just have to release that and allow you to take it. That's it, no dramas, no PRs, just pure casual eligibility and transaction that they should do.

Many don't like that exchange from the forum but if it's with your story, you should just wait until you get out there if it's for real. You're saying that you've no gadgets but you're able to the forum. However, I still wish you well and whatever you're doing right now. If ever you're done serving jail time, do the right thing and always remain lowkey so that eyes won't be on you.

First our law enforcement caught me 05 th of September 2023 , i was isolated in detention center without communication. At that time I thought that my students are making their trades and additional students are coming from my courses and when i will be free i will use money from fees to treat my daughter. When i got my gadgets back from law enforcements my wife told me that I have 56 usdt. I worked for years teaching online, offline and i was sure that bitget are coming real friends. @OP, they're right. But naming names won't just be enough to prove what situation you are in now. I know it sucks but many won't believe too quickly with the proof that you're saying. Now, if this is in good faith and it's all about you and that exchange, I just wish that you'll be able to take what's yours after you get out of jail. Good points, with all that you've said. Only he will know if he's telling the truth. If this thread was made to just with some made-story against that exchange, it's on him. But for the benefit of the doubt, that's why we're thinking if he's telling the truth and possibly that there could be some benefits that's giving to him while he's inside a cell or a villa or any type of way and place to detain him.

First, he probably knows that most members on this forum do not fancy Bitget, which will be a good point to call many people's attention.
Secondly, he is trying to advertise his course, which he knows this exchange will be another attention-caller or entry point.

I used to know Bitget as a good exchange and I have used their service for a while. Since you were arrested and probably the exchange were notified about it. They are centralized platforms and unfortunately, they always have to cooperate with the government.

Withholding someone's earning without proper reason is criminal, unless if OP committed a serious offence or fraud.

Most prisoners aren't allowed to use cellphones while serving. But your story should get some help from bitget if you ever have got them a lot of your students have been redirected to their exchange through your affiliate link. As you have said, you can't say more details about it and despite that they have a lot of advertisers everywhere including influencers and also here, I hope that they will read and pay attention to what you've posted. Sadly, if you are already serving and you can't do that much, we also can't. Ask someone you are close with and they should be the one to take care of your funds with bitget or any deals and agreement that you have been with them. Or if you can do that from there, keep on hitting them with emails.

You can use the internet, but you can't use Telegram? I don't know, your whole story seems pretty unconvincing to me - regardless of the fact that the video shows something that confirms your story, who says you and the person in the video are the same person?

Even if everything you wrote was true, unfortunately none of us here can help you get out of jail, or get money from that shady CEX. My advice is that as soon as you get out of prison, leave the country you are in now as soon as possible.

The story goes like this: I worked with the president for about a year. During that time, I wrote the party's campaign program, the presidential program, and created campaign materials. I was registered as an affiliate in new.affiliates.bitget.com. I created online lessons I invested  1 year of my life in order to reach to the bitget conditions. I had 50% from futures and 100% from spot. It was good days i thought its forever i started working 24 hrs because my daughter was  sick i needed to cure her. Actually they attracted idiots for a while and used their forces then they changed the conditions  of partnership no reason and they stole our commission.

Do you really believe than an "average Joe" has a chance against an exchange that is registered God knows where, and with millions of dollars and top lawyers at their disposal?



It wouldn't be the first time that CEX/Casino/any centralized platform decides not to give you your money based on some bullshit reason and in 99.99% of the cases, you can't do shit.

I understood from this story that the OP was accused by the secret service of his country for political reasons and that because of that he was left without income from his referrals because CEX froze those same funds for him based on the accusations.

Of course, the question arises as to why the OP did not withdraw his earnings regularly and how he even thought he would manage to get tens of thousands of $ without KYC. In any case, a very strange story - one that will certainly not move from its dead end because it was published on this or any other forum.

why not take legal action against Bitget? it's probably the best course of action you could take if they refuse to give you your commission. I mean, if everything about your story is real(I am not saying that you are lying or anything but you haven't posted any evidence supporting your claims) I don't really see any reason why they would not give you your commission.

Sad to hear about your case. It will be helpful if you can share any article related to your case since you seem like a high profile person for being target of your local authorities. Extortion to president is a serious crime to commit and you can’t do that without any connection to them.

Nevertheless, clearly Bitget is just using your issue to cut their expenses to you despite the case is not directly related to their services.

Please provide clear proof to your case including screenshots of conversations to create a solid case against them. Bitget is already well known globally next to Binance. This accusation to them is serious once proven.

The law enforcement  of Kyrgyzstan did not freeze my account because I had not completed KYC. It’s very upsetting that partners do not act this way, do not deceive, and trust their partner's word. Considering the fact that I consistently provided value, and all my activities were aimed at cooperation, attracting clients, and training students, this feels unjust. I am not even mentioning the shortcomings of the exchange—I made an effort to explain to my students how to navigate and avoid the exchange's weaknesses.

Certain times those exchanges have no choice, Law enforcement goes after them to freeze specific accounts. Maybe because you were in the opposition, your Governments decided to make life hard for you by freezing all your accounts, and your Bitget account might have been one of them. Have you tried going through the legal route? Because the only way they can freeze your account under such circumstances is through a court order from Law enforcement or Government.

Unfortunately, they don’t have an active announcement thread on the forum, and their reputation isn’t great as they’ve been known to hire shillers to promote their exchange in the past. I’m not sure why you’d trust this exchange when there are plenty of others that are more reputable and have proven track records.
