1. This bonus is given automaticly. But player only have to contact us to get i removed before wagering. More people want the bonus than the ones that don`t want it.
2. Support is working fine. The only "bug" is where you are redirected after submitting a ticket. We recived every one of your 5 tickets. And i belive you also got an email with a notification that we have recived your tickets.
3. The terms and conditions states clearly that the bonus is added ONLY for wagering purposes and is not withdrawable. You can also have bonuses disabled permanet to avoid any wagering requirements.
So there are no bugs other that the landingpage after submitting a support ticket.

The 5 BTC every 14 days is really just arbitrary and set to give us more than enough time to get things sorted. The reality will most likely be a much faster transfer, and we might change the wording of that policy once we are out of the start-up phase.

I can understand your frustration, but the bonus wagering requirements are in place for a reason.
