I hate APC, it seems to make the power usage higher by a lot...
refurbups.com is highly recommended on several of the tech sites. I have bought stuff from them before. I picked up a few units earlier this year on amazon when they were running a promo. The money I saved with free shipping payed my yearly prime fee. Shipping is often a significant part of the price if you buy online.
Do remember that a UPS is not a one time purchase. You need to replace the batteries every 3 to 5 years.
Also, realize that there is both a watt and VA limit on a UPS. Know your power supplies before you try to load a UPS to any where near its capacity. You can get away with older supplies without power factor correction if you don't have much going on, but PFC on a 1200 watt supply is the difference between it drawing 10 and 15 amps at full load.
A Kill-A-Watt meter costs 20 to 30 bucks depending on where you buy them and will give you good enough measurements of both the power and the current drawn by your gear along with the power factor. I would suggest you use one of these to determine how many VA you really need and not just go by the label.

So what kind do I need... read there is 3 types of ups... I just want it to not blow video cards and mining equip... if it only last 30 secs thats fine. I can get muliple ups boxes as I got multiple power supplies. And can split load.

I'm not familiar with the differences there are to residential service in America's hat but you can certainly run a new breaker if you have room in the box. I've done it (not for miners) and it's pretty straight forward. you buy the correct breaker type and amp. and then connect and pull your new wiring, finishing it with an outlet. This of course is after killing the service to the box so that you don't die and stuff while working on it.

The right tool for the job there is really a Smart UPS 3k but they are 30 amp twist lock plugs and really should be on a dedicated ground/ dedicated circuit.
Is there any way you can distribute this load across two or three different breakers? You are pulling a TON of wattage through one spot there.

I'm Canadian and we have slightly different electrical codes.. and to add to that question, can you put in a new, dedicated pair of breakers/lines for the miners? That much power is usually best set as a separate set of breakers. I have had issues where putting a piece of toast in caused the breaker to go until I moved my mining equipment in spite of them suposedly being on different circuits.
Rule of thumb for wiring, breaker to 12 boxes/splits ( 2 splits in 1 box counts as 2 splits ) or total expected amp use, which ever is less per breaker.
Option 2: high amp batteries with dedicated trickle charger connected to an inverter off of the batteries to the mining rigs.

You will need a online UPS of 3 KVA in order to get the smooth functioning of you system.Go for APC.
For that kind of wattage you would need a server-room rated UPS to keep it running for very long, which I will also vouch for APC. Most of them feature an auto-shutdown through a USB connection and software if you are not around to shut it down yourself manually and battery power is getting low, opposed to the power running out and your rig just turning off and possibly causing damage or other problems.
APC is good and you can get them from many of the common online PC part retailers.
APC makes some really solid solutions that I have used in data and server settings with high draw devices.

I need some help getting the right power supply for my farm of varied devices. I have 5 power supplies running for a total of about 2500 watts rated and probably pulling at wall only pulling less than 2000 at the wall.
My power keeps popping at the house as power lines get reapired around the area from ice... The microwave time doesnt have to be reset but the computers and miners have to be restarted.
I dont care about time on battery, would rather it shut everything down immediately if power is out more than a few seconds anyhow.
any recomondations would be most helpful
