The price is not too high for a custom site that was made from scratch. I've seen people selling leaked sites for 200-300$...OP,you should implement provably fair into the website.

That looks nothing like CS:GO at all. Why the hell did you name the website CS:GO horses if it is nothing like CS:GO. Also, that asking price is way, way too high.
It's a cs:go betting site...you deposit your cs:go skins to bet them...

CSGOHorses is a site based on the known CSGODouble, which most of you probably know. However, the concept is very different from all roulette and jackpot sites. You deposit skins in order to get coins to play with on the site. There are six horses you can bet your coins on, all of them having the same winning chance (so the winning horses will be chosen randomly). You will then get coins back based on the place your horse ends. If your horse ends up at 1st place, you will get two times the amount of coins you bet on it, if it ends up 2nd place, you will get 1,4x the amount of coins you bet etc, etc.. The owner of the site can make other people admins, which allows them to enter the admin panel. In this sub-page admins can check and change balances of people, see what trade offers the bots been getting and change all the game settings. Basicly the whole site can be controlled through this panel. The site also has a affiliates page, where you can create your own promo code that people can use to get free coins to play with. Everytime these players bet while your promo code is active, you will get a small percentage of the coins they bet.
I will also include one bot together with the frontend website + server. A smart owner would generate a lot of profit from the site, as the idea is pretty unique in the CS:GO gambling world. However, I do not have time to keep it up so decided to find a new owner.
700$ is just the reference price, it can be negotiated.
