Peoples are really thinking that website developing is free. Try find good dev and ask them about rates. Of course you will find a fanciers who can do what you need for cents but when starting dont know from which side to start. Personally I paid over 2btc for this site developing only. Domain, design, ideas and time are not included. So price is more than fair.

I think the most usefull you have is your faucet domain. Try to do auction for that domain alone than you may get some bids. I think domain is worth for 0.10-0.15BTC.
I can't really see what is unique about this faucet beside having better and responsive theme. There is already lot of faucets in the market. I dont think your faucet worth 5 BTC. You could try to lower it down to 0.1 or so.
