University research.Params of next blockchain generation. What do you think?

Hey everyone. I want to present you our research that we do in University in Saint-Petersburg

My name is Roman and with my co-worker we writed concept of next blockchain network. We started this document in jan 2018 and finished in nov.
In our vision, it responds to all needs about code, adoption, regulations, scalable, etc...

my parameters is:
- fast transaction
- random selection of validating node(no POW, POS, DPOS, etc.)
- security blockchain code
- "cloud nodes" by smart network of hdd's
- fair money remuneration for data storage for every user in network
- sidechains for DApps
- no tokens for DApps. I'm sure "Good DApp bring profit in main crypto"
- keep private users KYC data, but can be opened by judge decision
