They have made an explanation.
It was all about publicity and it's some developer trying to prove how good they are at ethereum blockchain.
Here's the statement from the developer themselves.

The Token Has Spoken
Don't worry, your wallet is safe. We just wanted to show you that you could do things with tokens nobody had ever dreamed of. That is just the tip of the iceberg. And we've built the system to do it. Build Tokens that work in the real world. Here's how:

If you're a developer, it's as simple as REST API which we provide several fully functional demo apps w/code using the token.

If you're an entrepreneur, you just need a developer who knows how to build the app your token will be used in. They can use our system with any modern language and generate tokens within minutes. No more hunting for the magical crypto unicorn on a budget.

If you're a financier, you'll be able to see an entire ecosystem of tokens, token ideas, and real world token implementations. Any token can be converted to a mainnet ERC20 exchange token.

Here's a link if for that and if you want to subscribe/contact them.

In my opinion that seems to be a good thing for me because based on their explanation regarding it and they are still exploring the more advantages on the ethereum blockchain. Sounds like they were telling us the prove about ERC20 can be used in so many ways.

Ok guys, I just found out a thread with many answers in it. The best answer that I found was that these tokens were just created for advertisement purpose. The smart contract had the ability to deposit and withdraw the tokens to the whole ETH network.
But the question still remains is - how is it possible to withdraw the tokens without them being deposited first ?

I have experienced this too. I had also opened a thread for this but I guess nobody bothered to care or may be they thought as if its a joke.

The weird thing is that there are no signs of deposit of such tokens in my wallet and I believe this would be the same with the rest of you.
Somebody definitely is up to something. I am just curious that how can somebody withdraw coins from my wallet without any authority and without the coins being present in the wallet.
I have reported it to Ethereum on Twitter. Lets see if I get a response.

i also had this transaction from one of my addresses, and also dont know what is this?
in google by this search "Erc20 (✌(◕‿-)✌ tinyurl.com/nicetokens)" i found only this topic, who found more some about it?

Same thing i did, typed in google as soon as i saw the transaction because it was really weird. It's probably just a publicity stunt but i still wonder how they did it.

maybe soon there will be more results in google, maybe for now not all people notice that. hope that we soon will be informed what that is and i really hope that our wallets not hacked. good that i dont have almost nothing on that wallet to steal, but maybe some people have a lot, so better for them to transfer all they have

I think only I have experienced. it turns out there are many people who experience this. I just hope this is not a sign of "trouble".
even if it is a problem, hopefully soon be resolved and ensure investment security

But normally they need to access to your account to generate a transaction like that, i don’t understand how they can withdraw token that I don’t have in my wallet, and even that without access to my account.

I its just a curious effect of a promotional token contract that some group has launched. They have spent a lot of money to do it, but I guess they achieved hype.

Hi,

I just found out that a certain amount of coins called Erc20 (✌(◕‿-)✌ tinyurl.com/nicetokens) has been withdrawn without my permission from one of my ethereum wallet.

I don't know anything about this token, it was sent to BancorTokenContract.

It has not affected other coins in my wallet.

Anyone knows how it's possible?

Thanks!
