Your account was not blocked or locked, it was surrounded. it is banned
In any case, I want my accounts to be returned the right to leave posts and carry a signature, and this is the only branch, as I understand it, where you can ask to unlock your account.
In above post Veleor already posted proof of your plagiarism and it results in permanent ban for person, not for account only. Forum rule says that from now onwards you should use forum for read only access.
PS: Just wondering, Do you have any idea what plagiarism actually means? It is considered as theft.
I do not know if surrounded really act as synonym for banned, so I replaced with word banned.
