What I mean is for examole use a VPN (US IP). Then use a US phone number. There are a lot where you can get them.
I am not located in U.S. How can I activate it with US phone number! I cannot access Twitter through my country's IP. Any one could help me to unlock this account?P.S PMed alwinlinzee to see whether he can help!
What country VPN are you using? If you are using a us/uk/belgium etc... VPN there are plenty of phone numbers around. You can also ask someone from another country where twitter is open to do this for you (maybe the VPN is blocking it?).

You need to use a different phone. It must match the location of the VPN you are using. I haven't tried this but worth a try.
The problem is that I don't have the phone number of the location of the VPN. Contact the twitter support regarding your queries. May be , they will help you to unlock your account or will tell you what's the exact problem going on with it.

I guess you to tell your friend from another country to help you to log in.
