I think his not online now and he has negative trust. about his iphone the problem is icloud but i need to check the imei first to know if the iphone is clean or not stollen..
The IMEI is in post #2 in that topic, transcribed from the photo album in post #1.

Huawei B593s-22 thats the exact model, i need to open line it to change the APN settings
