And you just leave a telegram contact without any details about your app. You should write in details about your apps and what's the rating on the Google Play Store or Apple Store. VPN is a sensitive app that will get access to your data and device. So it must be trusted and highly rated. There are many VPN apps on the market; why should we trust your app? If we need paid apps, then there are highly reputed apps. We can choose any of them.
I even do not think this user has any service to offer. What I think that he is planning to do is to ask people to pay an they can have access to the VPN. But as the people will be expecting it, he will not do anything because he has nothing to offer but to scam them. I said this because if a VPN service provider comes to this forum, they will come in a better way and not a scam and unprofessional way like this user.Either he may scam people by taking upfront money from them by making fake promise to give them VPN after payment or maybe he don't have a VPN but get it from somewhere cheap VPN and sell it for a profit.
If he was legit and had his own VPN, he must have his site that he would have given in the OP and not just a telegram contact.
