Why do you want to sell OTC still? Exchanges already listed Minexcoin.
You can use Livecoin, it's pretty shitty exchange but you can find buyers that willing to pay higher than users here in OTC.

It's better to be patient to wait until there is a market. I am sure that when the existing market price of Minexcoin can be higher than the price of ICO. I will hold my Minexcoin until the end of the year. Hope that sell now no regrets.

Well i dont understand why people are trying to sell their MNX at such a low rates.The MNX price is expected be 0.002 btc when it enters exchanges but here users are selling way lower than that,Now i am started to get worried as i am also holding MNX investing in ICO at much higher rate. Sad
