Skipping    _249E5D2D947340A5950F961F89C7223F     Data Error

I'm trying to unpack some cabinet files in Linux but having some problems, they won't unpack. I'm using cabextract which states the files are error free, I can even get the md5sums of the individual files inside, but cabextract just refuses to actually unpack them. I've even tried from the setup.exe and another install.exe but still no unpacking. There is an .msi as well, is that required in the chain?
