I did that once, confused me for a minute or two.
I never saw this button either, I learnt something
I see nothing. Used to be a link for all unread threads and threads I had commented in. They are now gone. This is on multiple computers.

Nevermind. Somehow the dropdown button in the top right was flipped. I never used it before and didn't even know it existed.
