Nice concept. How will we make sure that you will pay us? Its a kind of risky thing and its so easy to scam people. It sounds fishy to me.
And what about the singapore government? Do they allow bitcoin mining ? Another thing is why you want an ICO for hosting others miners or are you planning to expand your mining farm?

I ordered an Antminer L3+ (Sep 21-30 batch) way back in July, as the end of September drew to a close , I started checking my Sales order Status on my Bitmain account, the order Showed to be Paid, Unshipped and valid, September was over, still no change in the order status, then came the dawn of October and the Golden Week in China, 7 days off , Bitmain shut shop til the 8th of october, from the 9th, they re-opened and I started to drop them a few tickets regarding the Delay in shipment of said miner, On the 11th of October, i received a reply to my ticket from Bella of the Zendesk as follows

bella is a bitch, call them then they reply fast.
Do update when your're refunded
They have already asked for my wallet address and whole refund process will take 1-2 months.

Same here. Already raised a Cancel Order & Refund Ticket. You can't take the risk of confiscation by Customs!! Better ask for refund.

I had 2 D3 for 19-25 sep batch and I asked for a refund on 29th as I came to know from a friend that they have suspended shipping to India
and may have to wait over a month to get it.
